When should I arrive?
Come anytime between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. The afternoon is designed for you to drop in, grab something to eat, enjoy the music, and spend time with the Stratford community before kickoff.
Where will the tailgate be held?
We’ll gather at Black Field before heading to the Mercer vs. Furman game. More information on tailgate location and parking will be shared the week of the game.
What's on the schedule?
The tailgate begins at 2:00 p.m., followed by live music from JB Strauss ’10 at 3:00 p.m. and The Stews at 4:00 p.m. The tailgate wraps up at 5:00 p.m., giving everyone time to make their way to the stadium before the 6:00 p.m. kickoff.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes. Satterfield’s will provide catering for the tailgate.
Do I need to RSVP?
Yes. Please RSVP using this registration form so we can plan appropriately for attendance and catering.
Does my RSVP include a ticket to the game?
No. Game tickets are separate from the tailgate RSVP. Stratford will provide a link to purchase tickets at a special group rate as soon as possible.
Who is invited?
Stratford families, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends are invited to join us.
What should I bring?
Bring a lawn chair, sunscreen, and plenty of Stratford spirit. We’ll provide food and non-alcoholic beverages, and guests are welcome to bring any additional beverages they would like to enjoy.
